We offer a free trial period for most Autonomous products. For oversized products including XL SmartDesks, XL tabletops, SmartDesk corner, and the products offered by our third-party vendors, a different trial and return policy may apply. The sales item is not eligible for return.
To process a Return:
- Return requests must be submitted via this form within the trial window.
- Photographic evidence showing products are still in “like-new” condition, and have been properly packaged into original packaging must be provided. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Very important: Without the original packaging, items can be damaged during return transit.
- Once approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and a return shipping label. Return authorizations expire 30 days after approval.
- You can either choose to bring the package to the local carrier center to return to Autonomous or call the carrier directly to arrange a pickup but Autonomous will not cover the pickup fee if any.
- Returns are typically inspected and processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once we process your return. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Autonomous has the right to deny a refund if your returned package(s) is dropped off at the carrier center a month after your trial period ends.
