Please note that it's required to unlock the desk before using it.
Kindly download the Autonomous SmartDesk Connect app to your phone and follow the steps below in-app to connect and unlock the desk:
First, please make sure that:
- Bluetooth is enabled
- A Wi-Fi 2.4GHz with a secured password is available
Unlock the desk as follows:
1. Open your app, hit "Add New Device"
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, hit "Next"
3. On your desk, hold M & 3 buttons until the LED blinks and displays 3 digits code, hit "Next"
4. On App, choose the device that has the same code, hit "Next"
5. Fill in the password of your Wifi connection, then hit "Connect"
When the desk is successfully paired to the app, the firmware will be automatically updated. Once the firmware is fully updated, your desk will appear in the app and now it's ready to use.
