Order information:
Customer will place orders directly on our website. So our agent can check/track the order like a normal one.
Treadly product will be shipped out from Treadly warehouse. The tracking number will be updated to Auto system within 24 business hours.

Return for Treadly product:
Trial period is 30 days from the delivery date. Customer must keep original packaging. Without original packaging, we will charge re-stocking fee of $80.
Return will need to be approved and label created by Treadly team. When receiving a return request, please send an email to Treadly CS team to request a return label.
When the product is returned to Treadly warehouse, Treadly team will notify us (once a week on Friday) to issue a refund to customers.
Replacement:
Warranty period: 1 year
For replacement request within the trial period, Auto CS agent can assist the customer by sending the issue and replacement request to the Treadly CS team.
After the trial period, please direct the customer to reach Treadly CS for support. Email: contact@treadly.co
Auto CS agent can only offer a maximum of 5% credit in case of scratch, damage in delivery. Please note that it's in credit form only, not a partial refund.
Refund:
If customer cancels the order in New status, we can action it like a normal order.
In case the order is being processed, on the way, please reach Treadly CS for support to cancel order/shipment. Email: contact@treadly.co
Notes:
- If customer purchases a combo of Smartdesk + Treadly and wants to return 1 of the two, it's still acceptable. We will calculate the Smartdesk price the same as the Smartdesk product price on the website.
- EPP program does apply to Treadly Product & combo
- Treadly Combo 1: Treadly + Black Classic top & Black Core Frame (A13+A169)
- Treadly Combo 2: Treadly + Black Classic top & Black Pro Frame (A13+A2)
