Yes, you certainly can however our desktop is pre-drilled based on the original setup hence you might need to drill extra holes if the current pre-drilled holes on the frame don't match the desktop after reversing sides.
After following all the assembly steps from the beginning until step 5 in the manual guide, you can change the side of the desk as steps below.
Now check back the Assembly Instruction and follow step 10 & 11 to complete the desk setup.
